Return & Exchange Policy
All garments at Ayisha Tailoring are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:
Damaged upon delivery
Made with incorrect measurements
Different from the style you selected
Any claims regarding damage or incorrect order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Items should be returned as new, unused, and with all tags attached.
Product must be in original packaging.
In case of return, shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
products that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange/refund.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all exchanges/returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange/refund.
Shipping and Handling
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee across the UAE.
Customer is responsible to provide accurate delivery details.
A confirmation email will be sent upon a successful order placement.
We hold no responsibility in case of delay or unsuccessful delivery due to wrong delivery details.
Currently, we do not provide direct international shipping. For international orders, please contact us prior to placing your order.
All orders will be delivered within 10 to 15 days from the date of order confirmation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard. In addition, we support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this window, the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
