Once the sample is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Any changes or cancellations must be made during the sample finalization stage only.

How does refund work in terms of order cancellation?

If you cancel your order during the sampling stage, your advance amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment after deducting bank charges and costs related to sample material procurement.
